Frequently asked questions
How do you ensure project continuity?
Code is documented and kept in your repository. The project doesn't depend on a single person and can be handed over to another team at any time.
If AI writes the code, does quality suffer?
AI speeds up writing code, but we review and test every change and are contractually responsible for it. Your code is never used to train models.
Who owns the code?
You do. Intellectual property rights to the code are assigned to you under the contract upon payment.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. After the work is completed we support the project and fix bugs whenever the system doesn't work as agreed in the specification. The period and terms are fixed in the contract. New features and changed requirements are estimated separately.
How do we formalize the engagement?
A signed contract, invoices in USD or EUR, and payment by bank transfer in milestones.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes. We start with an audit: you get an assessment of the code and a plan for next steps.
Which time zone do you work in?
